I read The Bluest Eye in January and it's the most devastating of Toni Morrison's books I've read so far but so powerful, like you, I don't know when I'll be brave enough to read it again! Cold Enough for Snow sounds like something Id really like, definitely on my radar now!

I always say that somewhere around the last 100 pages of Anna Karenina are the best, because they are philosophical and haunting. There really do seem to be 100 characters with the same name lol
