These are just some things I do to declutter and reset for the new year, with some journal prompts at the end!

Declutter. This can be for digital or physical space. Decluttering not only clears up space but clears up my head. I throw away anything expired/that I do not need, and I go through my clothes and see what I can donate. Here are some things you can declutter:
DIGITAL: email inbox, camera roll, subscriptions, apps, documents folder, downloads folder, apps, playlists
PHYSICAL: closet, shoes, desk drawers, bookshelf, dresser drawers, makeup, medicine cabinet, toiletries
Organize. After I declutter + throw away/donate anything I don’t find use for anymore, I move on to organization. Here is how I organize some parts of my room & life:
