I started postcards by elle as a little passion project. I treat it a bit like my notes app—an archive of thoughts and things I love, which include literature, art, movies, perfumes, and fashion, to name a few.
My substack is divided into two parts: a free weekly postcard, and paid posts. Every Sunday, I send out a weekly postcard, which has a prelude (critical thoughts and musings of the week), two interludes (what I read and watched that week, including books, ten articles, movies, and video essays), and a postlude (an art piece I loved that week and current obsessions).
Paid subscribers will receive an extra newsletter each week. This can range from hyperspecific book recommendations to seasonal perfumes to deep dives into movies and books. I will also be sharing lists from my notes app.
